*Job Overview*
We are seeking an IT Graduate to join our dynamic team here at Eos Systems Ltd. The ideal candidate will be trained in our suite of cyber security products and will play a crucial role in the sales and setup of all software relating to the safeguarding of our Customers data against all cyber threats.
*Responsibilities*
- Develop, implement, and monitor security protocols to safeguard information systems.
- Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure secure configurations of systems and applications.
- Respond to security incidents and breaches, conducting thorough investigations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest cybersecurity trends and threats.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on security best practices.
- Assist in the development of disaster recovery plans and business continuity strategies.
*Experience*
- Recent Graduate of IT security or a related field is essential.
- Familiarity with current operating systems .
- Knowledge of Anti-Virus and e-mail security policies
- Knowledge of Huntress SOC services is an advantage
- Proficiency in monitoring tools like Connectwise or Solarwinds is also an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical information clearly.
