Coastal Caravan Breaks is a growing holiday accommodation provider offering short-stay caravan and lodge holidays along the East Coast.

- Fantasy Island
- Millfields Holiday Park
- Walsh's Holiday Park
- Golden Anchor
- Golden Palm Resort
Coastal Caravan Breaks is also in the process of establishing a dedicated laundry facility which will become our main operational base. Additional hours may be available for applicants looking to increase their working hours.

The Role
This is a varied role involving both accommodation cleaning and laundry duties.
Cleaning Responsibilities
- Cleaning caravans and lodges to a high standard
- Changing and making beds
- Vacuuming, dusting and mopping
- Cleaning kitchens and bathrooms
- Preparing accommodation for arriving guests
- Reporting any maintenance issues or damages
Laundry Responsibilities
- Operating washing machines and dryers
- Sorting, washing, drying and folding linen
- Ironing and pressing bedding and garments
- Inspecting laundry for stains or damage
- Maintaining cleanliness within the laundry area
- Monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages
Essential RequirementsYou Must:
✔ Have your own vehicle
✔ Hold a full UK driving licence
✔ Be willing to travel between Skegness and Chapel St Leonards during shifts
✔ Be reliable, punctual and trustworthy
✔ Be able to work independently and as part of a team
✔ Be physically capable of carrying out cleaning and laundry duties
Desirable Experience
Previous experience in any of the following would be beneficial but is not essential:
- Housekeeping
- Hotel Cleaning
- Holiday Let Cleaning
- Domestic Cleaning
- Laundry Services
- Hospitality
Full training can be provided for the right candidate.
