Join a Company Building Something Bigger
FOAC is growing — and we’re building a team of engineers who want to be part of that journey.
We’ve built our reputation across Hampshire through high standards, clean installations, and engineers who take real pride in their work. Every system we install reflects the standards we expect from ourselves as a company.
But this is only the beginning.
FOAC is on a mission to build something exceptional. With ambitions that go far beyond local work, our vision is to grow a company recognised for quality, strong team culture, and exceptional installations — with future expansion into new regions and international markets.
To achieve that, we need great engineers.
Engineers who care about the work they produce.
Engineers who want to be part of a strong team.
Engineers who want to help build something that will thrive for years to come.
If that sounds like you, we’d like to hear from you.
The Role
You’ll be working across a wide range of installations, from residential split and multi-split systems through to larger commercial installations including VRF systems.
You’ll be joining a tight-knit team that works hard, supports each other, and takes genuine pride in delivering systems properly.
As the team grows, experienced engineers will also help guide and support our junior engineers, helping develop the next generation of installers within the company.
A Different Working Culture
We run the team with trust and responsibility.
Our focus is always on the quality of the outcome, not simply clock-watching.
Some days require pushing hard to get a system completed and handed over properly. That’s part of working in a professional engineering environment. But we also believe strongly in swings and roundabouts — when the team puts the effort in, that commitment is recognised through flexibility, respect for your time, and a supportive team culture.
We want engineers who take pride in doing the job properly and who value working within a professional, motivated team.
