MacGregor Black are partnering with a Leading FMCG Business on the search for a Senior Process Development Technologist. This is a permanent role based in Somerset.
Key Responsibilities
· Leading the NPD process from concept through to full-scale production.
· Managing trial documentation and production planning.
· Acting as NPD lead for customer trial attendance, building strong working relationships with customers.
· Generating trial and launch reports, incorporating customer feedback into final specifications.
· Coordinating product testing panels, including shelf-life testing, and documentation of results.
What are we looking for?
· A food-related qualification with at least 3 years' experience in a food manufacturing environment.
· Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritise and work to tight deadlines.
· HACCP L2/3 qualified (or working towards).
· Confident communicator, with good Excel and IT skills.
