Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Bakery assistant to join our team. As a Bakery assistant , you will be responsible for helping to prepare a variety of delicious baked goods. Duties: - Assist head baker and production manager to prepare a wide range of baked goods, including bread, pastries, cakes, and cookies - Follow instructions provided by production manager to ensure the smooth running of the bakery. Adhere to health, safety and hygiene standards. Decorate and garnish baked goods as required. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to coordinate baking schedules and production needs - Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies.
Desirable skills: Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. Full UK driving license preferred.
