We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our team. Your primary focus will be on creating a positive dining experience while maintaining the smooth operation of the front of house area.
Duties
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently.
- Serve food and beverages promptly.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints with a positive attitude.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables, counters, and waiting areas.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and accurate order fulfilment.
Experience
- Previous experience in a customer service role is essential (1 year minimum).
- Strong communication skills with a focus on providing excellent guest service.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- A team player who is adaptable and willing to learn new skills.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations is a plus but not mandatory as training will be provided.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £12.21-£14.86 per hour
