We are currently seeking an experienced and ambitious Registered Manager to lead a Children's Residential Home with Learning Disabilties.

About the Role
As Registered Manager, you will provide strong leadership and strategic direction to the service, ensuring children & young people receive the highest standard of care and support.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading and developing a high-performing residential team
- Maintaining full compliance with Ofsted regulations
- Driving positive outcomes for young people
- Managing safeguarding, quality assurance, and service performance
- Building strong relationships with local authorities and external professionals
- Supporting recruitment, retention, and staff development
Essential Requirements
- Experience within Children's Residential Care (2 years managing)
- Registered Manager experience or strong Deputy Manager experience
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding
- Full UK Driving Licence
