We are delighted to be recruiting for two Registered Care Manager positions, one based in Dartford and one based in Ashford.
We are looking for experienced, motivated and compassionate care professionals who are ready to take the lead in managing a high-quality domiciliary care service.
The Role
As Registered Care Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the effective management and development of the service, ensuring that the people we support receive safe, compassionate and consistently high quality care.
You will provide strong leadership to the care team, maintain excellent relationships with clients, families and professionals, and ensure the service operates in line with relevant legislation, regulations and best practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Take overall responsibility for the day to day management of the domiciliary care service.
- Ensure the service consistently delivers safe, effective, compassionate and person-centred care.
- Lead, support and develop a team of care and office staff.
- Ensure appropriate staffing levels, rotas and care packages are effectively managed.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, families, commissioners and healthcare professionals.
- Ensure care plans and risk assessments are accurate, current and regularly reviewed.
- Monitor quality, safeguarding, medication, incidents, complaints and other areas of compliance.
- Prepare the service for CQC inspections and ensure regulatory requirements are consistently met.
- Implement and monitor quality assurance and continuous improvement processes.
- Support recruitment, induction, training, supervision and performance management of staff.
- Ensure safeguarding concerns are identified, reported and managed appropriately.
- Promote a positive culture where people receiving care and staff feel valued and supported.
- Contribute to the continued growth and development of Lifeline Healthcare.

Essential Requirements
- Previous management experience within a regulated care environment.
- Strong knowledge of domiciliary/home care services.
- Understanding of CQC requirements and regulatory standards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong leadership, organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently while also being an effective team leader.
- Relevant care qualification and/or management qualification.
- Willingness to undertake or maintain all required training and compliance checks.
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care (or equivalent), currently working towards Level 5, or willing to work towards the qualification.
- Registered Manager experience is highly desirable.

Pay: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
