Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and reliable Multidrop 7.5-tonne driver to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely delivering organic dairy products to various locations, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a movement committed to ethical farming and sustainability, while keeping the momentum high on daily delivery schedules.
Duties
- Safely operate a 7.5-tonne vehicle for multiple daily deliveries across designated routes
- Load and unload products efficiently, ensuring all items are handled with care
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and logs
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues promptly
- Follow all traffic laws, health & safety regulations, and company policies during deliveries
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers to coordinate delivery schedules
Requirements
- Proven experience as a commercial delivery driver.
- Valid driving license for 7.5-tonne vehicles (or equivalent) with no more than 3 points on your licence.
- Strong knowledge of driving safety procedures and traffic regulations
- Excellent time management skills to meet delivery deadlines
- Ability to handle physical tasks such as loading/unloading and lifting heavy items
- Good communication skills for interacting with customers and team members
- Prior experience with delivery driver roles or in logistics is highly desirable
