Events and Venue Assistant
Grade 5 £32,108- £37, 338 per annum
We have an exciting opportunity to join the Oxford Martin School as our Events and Venue Assistant, working at the beautiful OMS building in Broad Street.
The Events and Venue Assistant provides support to our Events and Venue Manager in delivering our events programme and the use of the School’s building as a venue. Our events programme is pivotal to the mission and public reputation of the Oxford Martin School and this role will provide the support needed to ensure a successful, well-run events programme.
The post holder will support a variety of tasks to assist the Events and Venue Manager to include the set up and running of events including filming and live streaming; promotion of events in order to maximise attendance levels; maintaining an accurate database of event attendees; managing the room booking process for both internal and external bookings, updating the events section of the School’s website, and producing and sending the events newsletter.
