Huckleberrys Lincoln
Front of House Team Member
JOB OVERVIEW
Who doesn’t love BBQ food. From brisket burgers, ribs to mac n cheese…. Huckleberrys, has built an excellent reputation within Lincoln and beyond, with diners expecting great food, great service and a warm atmosphere. As a part of our Front of House team, you will be expected to consistently uphold our high standards and deliver food that you can be proud of to our guests.
Here at Hucks, our brand is very much tongue-in-cheek, so a sense of humour is a must, along with a bright personality.
We are seeking Front of House team members that can welcome our guests as if they’re old friends. All our food is freshly made by our chefs and is something that we, soon to be you, have every right to be proud of. We’re looking for a team that radiates a smile to the dining room and that has genuine enthusiasm for making a positive impact on somebody’s day. A sense of humour is not desirable; it’s essential! If this sounds like you, then you’re the person for us and we’re the people for you.
PERSON SPECIFICATION
The ideal candidate must have a keen eye for detail, work well under pressure and be able to multi-task whilst delivering excellent service to our guests in a warm, friendly manner. We encourage you to let your personality loose because we believe that the team creates the atmosphere and memories for our guests. Whilst we can train levels of service, we’d love our team to be able to confidently strike up a conversation with our guests, whether that be about their dog, their kids (who are probably a lot less cute than their dog) or punting. Being able to work as part of a team is essential, as Huckleberrys is built on people, positivity and humour.
