Care Assistant – Night Shifts
We are looking for caring, reliable and responsible Night Care Assistants to join our friendly care home team.
About the Role
You will provide high-quality care and support to our residents throughout the night, ensuring their safety, comfort, dignity and wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities
- Support residents with personal care during the night
- Assist with mobility and toileting as required
- Carry out regular checks and respond promptly to residents’ needs
- Support residents to remain comfortable and settled throughout the night
- Follow individual care plans
- Maintain residents’ dignity, privacy and safety
- Work closely with the night care team

- Able to work confidently during night shifts
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Previous care experience is preferred, but not essential as training will be provided
