The Role
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic nurse to join our fantastic, well established Shoreham team. This is a full-time, permanent position offering a great work-life balance and the opportunity to utilise the full breadth of your skills.
As Senior Nurse, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the branch, mentoring colleagues, implementing protocols and managing rotas with the support of the practice administrator. The role combines advanced clinical nursing skills with leadership, mentoring and organisational responsibilities to ensure the highest standards of patient care, client service and team performance.
Your working pattern:

4-day working week
-
Shifts of 8:00am–6:00pm or 9:00am–7:00pm

A mix of theatre, prep and nurse consulting duties

1 in 8 weekends at our Brighton hospital (with Monday off in lieu)

1 in 14 weeks on the second on-call rota
-
A varied and interesting caseload that allows nurses to be fully involved in patient care
** Salary - £32,000 - £35,000 dependent on experience**
Essential requirements:

Registered Veterinary Nurse (RCVS)

Clinical Coaching qualification (or willingness to obtain)

Strong post-qualification clinical nursing experience
