Overview (Evening shift 4-5 days a week).

In this vibrant role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they feel valued, comfortable, and well taken care of during their visit. Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression
- Assist guests with their needs, including directions, reservations, or special requests
- Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth operations during evening hours
- Maintenance and cleaning of public areas including toilets and refreshing this area.
- Any late night room requests such as change of bed type, refresh of room or linen should be done to guest standard.
- Role will include multi tasking based in reception lobby reporting to reception team.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in guest services or hospitality roles, preferably within hotel environments
- Strong phone etiquette skills with the ability to handle inquiries confidently and professionally
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor
- Ability to work effectively during evening shifts in a fast-paced setting
- Knowledge of hotel operations and guest service standards is a plus
- Prior experience with hospitality software or reservation systems is advantageous
