Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lettings Manager to oversea a lettings division in Woking. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills and a keen eye for detail, ensuring that all aspects of the lettings process run smoothly. The Lettings Manager will be responsible for managing a team, liaising with landlords and tenants to deliver the highest level of customer service whilst ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Duties
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the lettings department, ensuring high levels of customer service.
- Manage the marketing and advertising of available properties to attract potential tenants.
- Conduct viewings and provide prospective tenants with detailed information about properties.
- Negotiate tenancy agreements between landlords and tenants, ensuring all parties are satisfied.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions, including tenant applications and property inspections.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and industry standards.
- Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Handle tenant queries and complaints efficiently and professionally.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- A minimum of 12 months experience in a Lettings manager role
- ARLA qualified
- Strong leadership skills with an effective approach to managing multiple tasks efficiently
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- A proven track record of increasing market share through generating new instructions and increasing deal volumes.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £60,000.00-£70,000.00 per year
