Senior Early Years Practitioner Role -Gloucester Nursery
Senior Level 3 Early Years Practitioner Position in our busy pre-school room.
We are seeking a warm, experienced and collaborative Senior Early Years Practitioner to support our Head of Room within our busy, vibrant nursery.
This role is perfect for someone who has gained solid nursery experience post-qualification. Working closely with the Head of Room, you’ll support high-quality practice, contribute ideas and help create a nurturing environment where every child feels capable, motivated and excited for their next step.
At Key Steps we really do appreciate every member of staff and the contribution they make to our team. We offer a variety of working patterns typically ranging between 20 - 40 hours per week, all year round. You must be able to work between the hours of 8am - 6pm as we are a full-day nursery.
Staff working 40 hours a week get a day off during the week. Our nursery is over staffed for flexibility throughout the day and to ensure everyone's needs are met.

Key Steps Day Nursery in Gloucester is open 51 weeks of the year. We do in the moment planning and adapt to the needs of each and every child. The nursery has a very friendly and calm atmosphere, and all the toys and resources allow children to explore and nurture their natural curiosity.
As part of the package you will receive 30 days holiday (pro-rata if working less than 5 days) including bank holidays. The longer you work with us the more holiday you get !!

A relevant level 3 qualification is essential.
