We manufacture bespoke cable assemblies, harnesses, looms, and network solutions for some of the world’s most demanding sectors — including Aerospace, Defence, Telecoms, Rail, and Satellite systems. Our reputation is built on precision, innovation, and quality.
Now, we’re looking for an Electrical Engineer to join our team and play a key role in shaping both our technical solutions and customer success.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll sit at the heart of the business — connecting customers and production to deliver high-quality, tailored solutions.
Core Responsibilities:
- Engaging directly with customers to understand technical requirements
- Developing bespoke cable assembly solutions
- Producing accurate quotations and technical proposals
- Creating CAD drawings and supporting documentation
- Supporting production teams with technical expertise and problem-solving
- Developing prototypes and refining manufacturing processes
- Writing clear work instructions and test procedures
- Ensuring compliance with standards such as AS9100
- Acting as a key link between sales, production, and quality teams
- Building strong, long-term client relationships
What we’re looking for

You’ll likely have:
- Hands-on experience with cable assemblies, wiring harnesses, or electrical systems
- The ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Experience with AutoCAD (2D) or similar (desirable, not essential)
- Strong communication skills and confidence working with customers
- A proactive mindset and a desire to learn and grow
