As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Audit & Compliance Lead to join our team.
This is a pivotal role within the organisation. You will ensure learner records, funding evidence and compliance documentation remain accurate, complete and audit-ready throughout the learner journey, while identifying compliance risks and supporting continuous improvement across our provision.

About the Role
As Audit & Compliance Lead, you will oversee compliance throughout the learner journey, from onboarding and enrolment through to assessment, completion and certification.
You will lead internal audits, monitor learner documentation and work closely with Delivery, Quality, Business Development, MIS and external partners to ensure funding, awarding organisation and internal requirements are consistently met.

Pay: £32,500.00-£37,500.00 per year
