**FULL TIME HEAD DENTAL NURSE – VACANCY**
We are looking for an experienced and organised **Head Dental Nurse** to lead our busy dental team within a **mixed NHS & Private practice**.
⭐ **Key responsibilities include:**
- Managing staff rotas & holiday allocation
- Stock control & ordering
- Daily surgery checks
- Supporting and assisting the dental team
- Day-to-day management of surgeries & troubleshooting queries
- Overseeing infection prevention & control compliance
- Legionella checks & monitoring
- Step wedge testing
- Emergency drugs checks
- Autoclave downloads & records
- Ensuring daily/monthly compliance tasks are completed
We are looking for someone who is **organised, confident, approachable and able to lead a busy team**, with a strong understanding of dental compliance.
