Duties

- Check in with guests during their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns proactively
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Maintain knowledge of menu offerings, including daily specials and dietary options
- Follow food safety protocols diligently, including proper handling, serving, and sanitation procedures
- Assist in basic food preparation or kitchen support as needed during busy periods
- Manage time efficiently to serve multiple tables seamlessly while providing attentive guest service
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm is key!
- Strong knowledge of serving techniques, food safety standards, and guest service principles
- Ability to perform basic math for handling bills, payments, and order accuracy
- Familiarity with food preparation or kitchen experience is a plus for supporting team operations
