Job Summary

Duties
- Supervise daily hotel operations, ensuring smooth coordination between departments such as front desk, housekeeping, and food services
- Lead, motivate, and train staff to deliver outstanding guest services aligned with brand standards
- Oversee guest check-in and check-out processes, resolving any issues promptly to maximize satisfaction
- Manage human resources functions including scheduling, performance evaluations, and conflict resolution
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, hotel policies, and quality standards at all times
- Assist in handling guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Support the implementation of hotel policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency and guest experience
Skills
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests and team members
- Proven supervising experience within the hospitality or hotel industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a positive work environment
- Excellent guest service skills with a focus on exceeding expectations
- Knowledge of human resources practices related to staffing, training, and employee relations
- Familiarity with hospitality management systems and hotel operations software
- Exceptional communication skills—both verbal and written—to ensure clear team coordination

Pay: £13.00-£13.50 per hour
