We have an exciting opportunity for an Aftersales Manager to join our team in Regency Vauxhall, Leap Motor & MG in Elgin. as the Aftersales Manager, your primary responsibilities will include overseeing the aftersales operations of the Vauxhall, Leap Motor & MG franchises, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing the service and parts departments, and leading a team of technicians and support staff. Your experience in the motor trade will enable you to effectively manage the service and repair processes, optimise workshop efficiency, and maintain high standards of quality.
In addition to your supervisory and management skills, your role may also involve developing and implementing aftersales strategies to drive revenue growth, monitoring key performance indicators, managing budgets, and fostering strong relationships with customers and suppliers. Your enthusiasm and passion for the industry will be vital in motivating your team and providing exceptional customer service.

It goes without saying that you must have first class customer/people handling skills, a good telephone manner and be computer literate. You will be leading a team of technicians and front of house customer advisors with complete responsibility for the performance of the department including parts.
