We’re looking for a confident and energetic Barista to join our team at Boston Tea Party Ringwood.
This is a busy café environment, so we’re looking for someone who enjoys working at pace, delivering great coffee, and keeping service smooth during high-volume periods.
What you’ll be doing
- Preparing high-quality coffee and drinks
- Delivering fast, friendly service during busy café periods
- Supporting the team to keep service running smoothly
- Keeping the coffee station clean, organised and well stocked
- Creating a welcoming experience for every guest
What we’re looking for
You might already be a Barista, or have experience in hospitality, cafés or restaurants.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Enjoys working in a busy café environment
- Has great energy and a positive attitude
- Works well as part of a team
- Takes pride in delivering great coffee and service
- Stays calm and focused during busy periods
Barista experience is great, but not essential — we’ll train the right person.
