£28,000 to £34,000 per year depending on experience
Babelas is expanding and we're looking for an experienced Sous Chef to help lead our exciting new Winchester location.
This role is perfect for someone who loves fresh food, enjoys leading a team and wants to be part of a growing independent hospitality brand.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting the Head Chef with day to day kitchen operations
- Leading kitchen shifts and maintaining service standards
- Training and developing junior team members
- Managing food safety and compliance procedures
- Assisting with ordering, stock management and GP control
- Maintaining consistency across all dishes
What we're looking for:
- Previous Sous Chef experience
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent organisational ability
- Passion for fresh, quality food
- Positive attitude and desire to grow with the business
