Halloumi are seeking an experienced and passionate Head Chef for our popular restaurant in central Glasgow.
The ideal Head Chef will be passionate and have creativity and a good knowledge of Mediterranean cuisine. You will be an outgoing and vibrant manager of your team who is passionate about every dish you make. You will lead a dynamic and lively group of chefs in a fast-paced kitchen.
Requirements
- A proven Head Chef with high standards and volume experience in fresh food
- Ability to work with the owners on recipes to create menus they are proud of
- Strong kitchen financial knowledge
- Help recruit and mentor your kitchen team with ongoing training
- Able to perform in all areas of the kitchen
- Good understanding of food safety
