Part-Time Beauty / Aesthetic Therapist Location
Imogen's Laser & Skin Clinic, Haywards Heath, West Sussex
Hours: Part-time – typically Mondays and alternate Saturdays, with an additional weekday on non-Saturday weeks. Some flexibility will be required, as working days may change when the current therapist returns from maternity leave.
Salary: £13.00–£18.00 per hour (depending on experience) + performance-related commission

Imogen's Laser & Skin Clinic is looking for a passionate, motivated and professional Beauty/Aesthetic Therapist to join our friendly team on a part-time basis to cover maternity leave.
This role is initially maternity cover; however, there is the potential for the position to become permanent for the right candidate as the clinic continues to grow.

Essential Requirements
- Level 3 Beauty Therapy qualification
- Level 4 Laser and ipl training essential
- Minimum of 2–3 years' industry experience after qualifying
- Laser hair removal qualified with practical treatment experience (essential)
- Experience using Soprano laser technology would be a distinct advantage
- Excellent consultation and communication skills
- Friendly, professional and compassionate approach
- High attention to detail
- Strong work ethic with ambition to continue learning
- Reliable, organised and able to work independently
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential due to our rural location)
Experience in the Following Would Be Beneficial
Experience in any of the following treatments would be advantageous:
- Microneedling
- Chemical peels / skin resurfacing
- HIFU
- Cryotherapy
- Advanced skin treatments
Training will be provided for our clinic-specific treatment protocols and brands.
Your Responsibilities
- Deliver thorough consultations and create bespoke treatment plans
- Perform laser hair removal and aesthetic treatments safely and to the highest clinical standard
- Provide exceptional customer care before, during and after every appointment
- Recommend appropriate treatment plans and homecare where they will genuinely benefit the client
- Maintain accurate consultation and treatment records
- Uphold the clinic's high standards of cleanliness, professionalism and client care
- Work collaboratively within a small, supportive team
- Help maintain and grow the excellent reputation of the clinic
