Responsibilities
- Greet guests with a friendly and professional demeanor, creating a welcoming environment from the moment they arrive
- Take food and beverage orders accurately, ensuring all special requests and dietary needs are noted and fulfilled
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, supporting kitchen staff to ensure timely service
- Maintain cleanliness of the front-of-house area, including tables, counters, and service stations
- Follow food safety protocols diligently to uphold hygiene standards and ensure guest safety
- Support barista duties when required, preparing coffee and specialty beverages with precision and care
Skills
- Previous experience in restaurant service or hospitality roles is highly desirable
- Knowledge of catering, serving techniques, and food safety regulations
- Barista experience is a plus, demonstrating skill in coffee preparation and beverage presentation
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
