You will be working in the Human Resources OU working in the Building Services team in where we are responsible for designing and delivering talent, learning and inclusion programmes that attract, develop and retain the people who make our projects possible. We are currently looking for an Associate HR Business Partner (FM Non-Healthcare) who will join under a 12 month fixed term contract. You will be accountable for delivering proactive people support and partnering services to FM Project Management teams across the Building Services operating unit.
As the Associate HR Business Partner (FM Non-Healthcare), you will:

You will lead workforce planning, talent management and people initiatives across your designated projects.

You will be responsible for providing HR advice and guidance, managing employee relations matters and supporting organisational performance through effective people interventions.

You will support project leaders and line managers to develop capability, improve engagement, manage performance and build inclusive, high-performing teams.

Build trusted and credible relationships with project leadership teams, providing professional HR business partnering support and influencing people-related decision making.

Lead workforce planning and resource forecasting activities, identifying current and future capability requirements and implementing strategies to address skills shortages and workforce risks.

Drive talent, succession, engagement, retention, diversity and inclusion initiatives across projects, ensuring organisational people strategies are embedded and delivering measurable outcomes.
We are looking for:

Experience delivering generalist HR support, including employee relations case management.

Experience partnering with managers to deliver people and business objectives.

Experience supporting talent management, succession planning and employee development activities.

Experience working within a complex operational or project-based environment.

Security Clearance (or ability to obtain clearance).
