- Maintain a clean, organized workspace adhering to hygiene and safety standards
- Communicate clearly with clients about service options, aftercare, and product recommendations
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently to maximize client satisfaction and salon flow
- Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling and barbering techniques to deliver modern, fashionable looks
Experience
- Proven experience in customer service within a salon or barbershop setting
- Skilled in hair styling techniques across various hair types and textures
- Strong communication skills in English to effectively interact with clients and team members
- Formal training or certification in barbering or hairstyling preferred but not mandatory for highly motivated candidates
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
