Waste Efficiency is seeking a reliable and experienced Cleaning Operative to join our team at a customer site in Leighton Buzzard.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness across the site, as well as restocking cleaning cupboards and soft drinks coolers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness across all designated areas
- Restock cleaning supplies and site coolers
- Follow health and safety procedures at all times
Requirements:
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- General understanding of health and safety within a cleaning role
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work unsupervised
- Enthusiastic, hard-working, and self-motivated
The successful candidate will report to the onsite Waste Manager and Cleaning Supervisor.
Working Hours:
Monday to Thursday: 17:00 – 19:30
Friday: 16:00 – 18:30
Flexibility is required, including willingness to provide cover for the team during the day when needed.
Applicants must be aged 18 or over due to site requirements.
