Duties
- Perform a variety of barbering services, including haircuts, shaves, and beard trims.
- Consult with clients to understand their grooming needs and preferences.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling and grooming techniques.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area, tools, and equipment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for both clients and staff.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in barbering or hair styling is essential.
- Strong communication skills in English to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- A customer-focused attitude with the ability to provide personalised service.
- Knowledge of various hair types and styles, along with proficiency in using barbering tools and products.
- A valid barbering licence or certification is preferred.
