As our business continues to grow, we are now seeking an organised and proactive HR and Compliance Coordinator with experience in immigration compliance to join our expanding team.
The HR and Compliance Coordinator will play a key role in supporting all areas of HR administration, employee compliance, and workforce management across the group. You’ll ensure our people processes meet both company and legal standards while maintaining accurate employee file, visa, and right-to-work records.
This is an exciting and varied position ideal for someone with a strong HR foundation and a keen interest in compliance and immigration processes within a fast-paced, multi-site business.
Main Roles and Duties
· Coordinate HR administration including contracts, onboarding, and record-keeping.
· Maintain accurate employee and right-to-work documentation.
· Oversee visa and sponsorship compliance in line with Home Office regulations.
· Manage the Sponsorship Management System (SMS) and track visa expiry dates.
· Support recruitment, onboarding, and staff training initiatives.
· Prepare HR and compliance reports for audits and management review.
· Oversee right-to-work checks for all employees and maintain accurate, up-to-date records.
· Manage visa and sponsorship compliance for overseas employees, ensuring adherence to Home Office regulations.
· Liaise with external immigration advisers or solicitors to manage sponsorship licence renewals, visa applications, and compliance visits.
· Support HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives across the business.
· Assist with staff training and development programmes
· Promote a positive, professional, and compliant workplace culture.

Experience and Skills include:
· CIPD Level 3 (or working towards).
· Previous experience in HR administration, compliance, or coordination.
· Experience with UK immigration and sponsorship processes (essential).
· Strong understanding of employment law and right-to-work legislation.
· Excellent organisational and communication skills.
· Discreet, professional, and able to manage sensitive information.
· Confident with Microsoft Office and HR systems (e.g. BrightHR, SageHR or similar
