Monday to Friday (8am – 5.30pm) Saturday Morning on Rota
We are currently on the lookout for a Senior Parts Advisor to join our award-winning Used Car supermarket in Nuneaton. If you are an experienced Automotive Parts Advisor and would like a new challenge within a different company – then please apply today!
Duties and Responsibilities include:
- Establishing all customers’ needs for the correct required parts; diagnosing and recommending as appropriate.
- Delivering exceptional customer service for the preparation teams and Bodyshop.
- Maintaining a strong working relationship with the reception and sales teams.
- Receiving, recording, and allocating parts and consumables from suppliers.
Your background & skill:
- Previous experience working in an automotive parts operation is essential.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work towards deadlines.
- Confident and professional.
