We’re an exciting new independent Vietnamese coffee shop bringing authentic Vietnamese coffee and freshly made bánh mì to Brighton.
Our aim is simple:

We’re looking for enthusiastic people who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and want to help build something special from day one.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare espresso-based and authentic Vietnamese coffees
- Prepare and assemble fresh bánh mì and light food
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Operate the till and process payments
- Keep the café clean, organised and fully stocked
- Open or close the café when required
- Follow food hygiene and health & safety procedures
- Work efficiently during busy periods
We’re Looking For Someone Who
- Has a positive attitude and enjoys working with people
- Is reliable and punctual
- Learns quickly
- Works well under pressure
- Maintains high cleanliness standards
- Can work mornings, weekends and bank holidays
- Previous café or hospitality experience is preferred but not essential—full training will be provided.
