We're looking for a proactive and commercially minded Contracts Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of building services maintenance contracts, ensuring exceptional service delivery, strong client relationships and commercial success.

During your induction, you'll work closely alongside an experienced Contract Manager and Assistant Contract Manager, gaining valuable insight into our systems, clients, and ways of working.
You'll lead a dedicated engineering team, act as the primary contact for clients, and play a key role in maintaining high service standards across your portfolio while driving performance and profitability.
Reporting to the Senior Contract Manager and Regional Director, you'll have the autonomy to manage your contracts while being supported by an experienced leadership team.
