Responsibilities:

Oversee daily housekeeping operations to ensure cleanliness and orderliness in all guest rooms and public areas.
- Manage and train housekeeping staff, ensuring adherence to company standards and procedures.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and common areas to maintain high cleanliness standards.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary.
- Implement and uphold health and safety regulations within the housekeeping department.
- Address and resolve any guest complaints or issues related to housekeeping promptly and professionally.
Qualifications:

Previous experience in a housekeeping role is preferred but not essential as training will be provided.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
