Duties
- Assist with daily cleaning and janitorial tasks to maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment
- Support transportation needs by driving company vehicles for errands or deliveries as required
- Greet visitors warmly, provide information, and direct them appropriately to ensure excellent customer service
- Help with setting up and breaking down event spaces or meeting rooms for company functions
- Perform routine maintenance checks and report any facility issues promptly to ensure operational efficiency
- Support inventory management by organizing supplies and assisting with stock replenishment
- Collaborate with team members to complete various ad hoc tasks that support overall operations
Requirements
- Valid driving license with a clean driving record; experience in driving company vehicles is preferred
- Previous janitorial or cleaning experience is advantageous but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude when interacting with visitors and staff
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions accurately in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of safety procedures and willingness to adhere to health and safety guidelines

Pay: £25,420.00-£41,929.95 per year
