Do you have a passion for Early Years, a love of inspiring children and the confidence to support and develop those around you?
At Aster Daisy Nursery, we are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Early Years Curriculum Leader to join our warm, ambitious and dedicated team.
This is a hands-on, room-based role, where you will work directly with children while taking the lead in developing and championing high-quality practice within your suite.
As Curriculum Leader, you will inspire and support your team to create engaging, child-led learning experiences that follow children's interests, encourage curiosity and build confidence. You will model excellent practice, mentor and develop colleagues, and help ensure our curriculum is thoughtfully planned around each child's individual needs, interests and stage of development.
You will play an important role in ensuring the EYFS is embedded meaningfully in everyday practice, supporting your team with observation, planning and assessment, and helping to create an environment where children can explore, investigate and learn through play.
At Aster Daisy, we believe children learn best when they are happy, curious and given the freedom to explore. Our forest school sessions, exceptional outdoor spaces and bespoke soft play areas provide an inspiring environment for children — and for our team to develop their practice.
What we're looking for
We are looking for an experienced Early Years professional who:
- Is passionate about providing outstanding experiences for young children
- Has a strong understanding of the EYFS and child development
- Can lead by example and inspire others through their own practice
- Is confident using children's interests to develop meaningful, child-led learning
- Has excellent communication and organisational skills
- Is reflective, creative and committed to continuous improvement
- Wants to make a genuine difference to children, families and the team around them
What we offer
This is a full-time position, working a variety of flexible shifts over the week.
With 7 weeks' annual leave, our Christmas closure, and 2 weekly flexible half days or a full day off, we offer an excellent work-life balance while maintaining the consistency and continuity that are so important to our children.
Most importantly, you'll be joining a nursery where your ideas, contribution and professional development are genuinely valued.
If you're an experienced Early Years educator who is ready to take the next step in your leadership journey, and you'd love to be part of a nursery where children's curiosity comes first and people are supported to thrive, we'd love to hear from you.
Come and be part of the Daisy team.
