About the Role
Bright Sparks Nursery is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Lead Nursery Practitioner to champion high standards of care, learning, and development for children aged 0–5. You’ll shape the learning environment, support practitioners, and help deliver exceptional early years experiences every day.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and support practitioners to maintain outstanding child-centred care
- Plan and deliver high-quality, age-appropriate learning in line with Scottish guidance
- Monitor children’s progress and build strong partnerships with parents and carers
- Uphold Care Inspectorate standards, safeguarding, health & safety, and quality assurance
- Contribute to team development, reflective practice, and continuous improvement
