Job summary
We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic member to join our team working alongside the Chefs,kitchen porters and catering assistants keeping the kitchen to the clean and hygienic standards expected
This is a physically demanding role
Hours will be 12 midday to 8pm Monday to Friday

Main duties, tasks & skills required
Cleaning & Hygiene: Adhering to cleaning schedules,deep cleaning equipment (fryers,meat slicer,dishwashers),sweeping,mopping and general cleaning of catering and retail areas.
Waste Management: Emptying bins and operating the waste compactor.
Food Preparation Support: Handling and preparing potatoes for chips.
Logistics: Delivering food and other items to wards, packing away deliveries.
Teamwork & Compliance: Assisting chefs, participating in training, and complying with all company policies and procedures.
