Virtu Academy is looking for a passionate and reliable Football Development Coach to join our coaching team.
We are looking for someone who brings great energy, enthusiasm and commitment to every session. The successful candidate should be confident working with young players, able to engage and inspire them, and have a genuine passion for helping players improve and develop.
This role is ideal for a coach who wants to be part of a growing football academy with a strong focus on player development, positive coaching and creating the right environment for young players to enjoy and progress in the game.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging, high-quality football coaching sessions
- Create a positive, professional and enjoyable learning environment
- Support the development of players across different ages and ability levels
- Show commitment, reliability and strong communication
- Work as part of the Virtu Academy coaching team
- Support matchdays, development fixtures or academy events where required
- Go above and beyond to help players improve and enjoy their football
What We’re Looking For:
- Passionate about football coaching and player development
- Confident, energetic and engaging when working with young players
- Reliable, punctual and committed
- Strong communication skills
- Willing to learn, improve and develop as a coach
- Previous experience coaching children or young players is preferred
- FA coaching qualification, safeguarding and first aid are desirable
Pay: £30.00-£50.00 per hour
