CCO Security Services is looking for professional and reliable SIA Door Supervisors to join our team in Irvine. As a Door Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of customers, staff, and venues while maintaining a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
Key Responsibility's:
- Control entry and exit points, ensuring only authorised individuals are permitted access.
- Conduct ID and security checks to prevent disorderly conduct.
- Monitor crowd behaviour and respond to any incidents calmly and effectively.
- Resolve conflicts professionally and de-escalate potential disturbances.
- Work closely with venue management, colleagues, and emergency services when required.
- Provide excellent customer service while enforcing venue policies and licensing laws.
- Complete incident reports and maintain clear communication throughout shifts.
Requirements:
- Valid SIA Door Supervisor License (Essential).
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
- Professional, approachable, and confident demeanour.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging situations effectively.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and late-night shifts.
