Qube Residential have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and driven Senior Sales & Lettings Negotiator to join our expanding team at our Manchester office on a temporary maternity cover contract, with a view to remaining in the role long-term.
As a fast-growing sales and lettings agency covering quality properties across the North West, this is an excellent opportunity for someone to step into a senior position with leadership responsibilities, while also offering the potential for a permanent role as the company continues to grow.
This position is ideally suited to an individual with strong experience in both sales and lettings, along with a background in supervising or mentoring team members. You will play a key role in maintaining performance, supporting the team, and ensuring a consistently high level of service.
Responsibilities
- Managing and responding to property enquiries across sales and lettings
- Arranging and conducting property viewings
- Negotiating offers between buyers, tenants, landlords, and vendors
- Providing detailed feedback and updates to clients
- Overseeing the progression of sales and tenancies through to completion
- Supporting the day-to-day operations of the office
- Assisting in the supervision, mentoring, and development of junior team members
- Helping maintain team performance, targets, and service standards
- Completing all associated administrative tasks accurately and efficiently
- Managing your own workload, diary, and client portfolio effectively
About You
- Proven experience in a Sales & Lettings Negotiator role
- Previous supervisory, senior, or mentoring experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of the property market and sales/lettings processes
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Confident, proactive, and approachable
- Ability to work independently while supporting broader team goals
- Adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
