Home Care Worker – Newark on Trent

AliceCare@Home is building a dedicated local team in Newark on Trent and we're looking for caring, reliable people who want to make a real difference in their community.
This role is likely to suit you if you:
- Want home care as your main career, not just a few extra hours
- Live in Newark or within approximately 15 minutes of the town
- Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle
- Are available to work mornings, evenings and alternate weekends
- Can offer a minimum availability of 25 hours per week
- Already have the legal right to work in the UK (we cannot offer visa sponsorship)

About the role:
You'll support people in their own homes, helping them remain safe, independent and connected to their local community.
Unlike many providers, we recruit locally, keep travel to a minimum where possible and believe our carers should build lasting relationships with the same regular clients.
