About Us
We are a group company operating at the top of the UK property market including the UK’s largest buying agent Garrington Property Finders. Known for our exceptional standards, we pride ourselves on precision, professionalism, and a commitment to confidentiality. As an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT), we offer a unique work environment where every employee has a vested interest in our success. This is an opportunity to join a company that values its people, fosters collaboration, and delivers excellence.
About the Role
We are seeking a Marketing Manager to run our Group's day-to-day marketing delivery, working closely with the CEO on direction while taking ownership of how campaigns, content, and reporting come together. This is a role for someone who is exceptionally organised and detail-oriented, comfortable managing several projects at once, and confident in building relationships with people across the business.
You will lead and support a small team delivering campaigns across digital, content, email, and social channels, working closely with sales to ensure activity supports pipeline and revenue. You'll act as guardian of the brand across all external-facing material, and be the senior point of contact for Regional Partners developing and executing their own local marketing plans.
Priorities shift as the business and market evolve, so this role suits someone who can adapt plans quickly and keep multiple workstreams moving without losing accuracy or consistency.

- Allocate workload across the team, balancing Regional Partner support, campaign delivery, and regular content
- Build team capability through coaching and feedback
- Track marketing spend against budget and report on return to the CEO
- Manage relationships with external agencies, freelancers, and suppliers where used
Strategy and Campaign Delivery
- Work with the CEO to shape marketing priorities, adapting plans as business needs evolve
- Direct the team in planning and delivering integrated campaigns across digital, video, content, email, and social channels
- Scope and resource all projects, keeping delivery on time and on brief even when priorities shift
Sales and Commercial Alignment
- Work closely with the sales team so marketing activity supports pipeline, lead generation, and conversion goals
- Translate commercial priorities into marketing plans and campaign briefs
Regional Partner Support
- Act as the senior point of contact for Regional Partners on marketing matters, delegating to the team where appropriate
- Support Regional Partners in developing and executing local marketing plans within brand guidelines
- Balance central brand consistency with regional flexibility and commercial needs
Brand Guardianship
- Act as guardian for brand consistency across all external materials, including content, campaigns, partner-produced assets, and third-party platforms
- Maintain brand guidelines so they stay fit for purpose across channels and regions
- Spot and correct off-brand activity, working constructively with the individuals or teams involved
- Apply tone of voice, visual identity, and messaging consistently across the Group
Reporting
- Provide the CEO with regular reporting on marketing activity, performance, and results
- Track performance and adjust plans based on results
- Flag risks, resourcing gaps, or budget pressures early, with recommended next steps
