QUALIFIED MOTOR MECHANIC REQUIRED - Full time - permanent
- We are seeking a mature competent individual, to join our village located Vehicle repair and Mot test station. Experience is essential along with reliability and punctuality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out routine maintenance and repairs on a wide range of vehicles, including cars and vans.
- Diagnose and repair faults using appropriate diagnostic equipment.
- Ensure that all work is carried out to the highest standards and in a timely manner.
- Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
- Liaise with customers and other staff to ensure that vehicles are ready for collection at the agreed time.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and legislation.Key Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Mechanic.
- Excellent knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair processes.
- Strong diagnostic skills and the ability to diagnose faults using appropriate diagnostic equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work well under pressure and to meet deadlines.
- A full UK driving licence.
- Salary dependant upon experience
