Salary: £13.50–£15.00 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience
Hours: 36–40 hours per week | 4 or 5 days per week
Contract: Permanent, all year round
Shifts: Between 8:00am–6:00pm

We are recruiting for an experienced Early Years Practitioner to join an independent day nursery in Hammersmith W6, caring for children aged 3 months to 5 years.
This is a hands-on role supporting children's learning, development and wellbeing within a warm, nurturing environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Supporting children's learning and development in line with the EYFS
- Planning and delivering engaging activities
- Building positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues
- Completing observations and supporting planning for key children
- Ensuring children's health, safety and wellbeing
About you:
- Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification (full and relevant)
- Previous nursery or Early Years experience
- Good understanding of the EYFS and child development
- Passionate, caring and reliable
- Able to work as part of a team
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Able to provide two satisfactory references and complete a DBS check
Please note: This is a full-time, all-year-round position. Term-time or school-hours working cannot be accommodated.
