Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and document management to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
- Utilize tools like Microsoft Office and Google Workspace to prepare reports, correspondence, and presentations that support organizational needs.
- Oversee financial recordkeeping using QuickBooks, including invoicing, expense tracking, and reconciling accounts.
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for team members, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and facilitate procurement processes to keep the workspace fully operational.
- Handle phone inquiries with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette while directing calls appropriately.
- Support clerical functions such as typing correspondence, managing mail distribution, and assisting with special projects as needed.
Experience
- Proven administrative experience in an office environment with a strong focus on organization and multitasking.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications.
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software for financial data entry and recordkeeping.
- Demonstrated ability to perform data entry accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong phone etiquette skills combined with professional communication abilities.
- Familiarity with office procedures, clerical tasks, and general office experience is highly desirable.

Pay: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
