Mactech require 3 x Material Controllers to join a team working on the prefabrication, installation, and erection of piping systems on the mechanical scope at Hinkley Point C.
The Material Controller will be responsible for organising pipe stock, interpreting material requests/orders, preparing material lists and dispatching reports, communicating with ground teams, sharing necessary information with the team, locating and segregating materials based on incoming request lists.
Expected shift pattern will be 5/2 rotation:
5 x 10-hour shifts (Monday to Friday)
Occasional weekend work
Suitable candidates must have:
Minimum of 3 years’ experience of working with material handling and stock control
Good knowledge of computer programs including MS Office

PAYE Rates:
Basic: £20.97
OT1: £29.36
OT2: £37.75
Bonus Potential (up to): £2.10 p/hr
Additional Payments and Holidays
Lodge: £53.39 p/night / £373.73 p/week – if eligible
Travel: Return Fare & Travel Time each month – if eligible
Holidays: 190 hours per annum + Public/Bank
Start will be ASAP, subject to vetting and onboarding.
