That’s why we’re looking for warm, positive Team Members who genuinely enjoy working with others and serving customers to join our team on a Temporary basis.
Our aim is simple: through great coffee and brilliant service, we want to make a positive difference in people’s lives. Our Temporary Team Members are a key to bringing this to life by:
- Helping our customers and the team during busy periods.
- Welcoming customers with their friendly personalities and helping the store and service to run smoothly.
- Being all hands on deck keeping the store clean and tidy, restocking and helping with deliveries.
- Keeping the customer and back-of-house areas safe, clean, organised and ready for service. Some examples would be cleaning tables or ensuring toilets are kept to the high standards our customers expect.
We will give you full training, so experience isn’t essential, but you need to:
- Have a great attitude and exude energy.
- Enjoy customer interaction.
- Enjoy working in a fun and fast-paced environment.
- Be flexible with your working hours.
Our Temporary Team Members earn up to £12.71 per hour in this location. Starter rates apply depending on age:
Under 21: £10.85 per hour
21 and over: £12.71 per hour
